2. Nearly 70% of whole processes of VRF Branch Kit is automatically processed.
3. Each Branch Kit is degreased/deoiled, no contact with H2SO4, no severe influence to the environment, and no chemical hurt to the copper pipe.
4. Select branch kit in accordance with the guidelines for the designed model according to the capacity of the downstream IDUs.
5. Cut undesired portion by the dedicated tools (such as cutters) in accordance with the actual pipe diameter size.
6. Full automatic brazing process, making brazing material evenly distributed, complete penetration helps to ensure each Branch Kit of high quality.
7. Every single Branch Kit is tested for air tightness by 5.0MPa pressure, burst pressure higher than 12.51MPa.
8. Pay special attention to the treatment of the following special circumstrances: A. When the actual pipe diameter matches with the U-shaped tee at the unbrazed end, braze the pipe with the U-shaped tee directly. B. For the inlet end, cut it at the root of the flared end in accordingly
