1.Manufactured with high-class red copper pipe, TP2 material, thick and clean, meeting R410a system standard;

2.PLC NC processed forming ensures precision of all designed dimensions, thoroughly deburred;

3.Full automated wielding system, numeral controlled, makes sure the product is of high quality;

4.Using 3% silver wielding rod, ensures the entire body looks clean red-coppered without black dots;

5.Every branch pipe is degreased/deoiled and SGS chemically cleansed, no contact with H2SO4, no severe influence to the environment, and no chemical hurt to the copper pipe;

6.100% pressure-tightness test (CNAS certified) under 5.0~6.0Mpa for every single branch pipe before shipping out, unqualified ones would never be sold. Explosion limit of pressure is 100+ Mpa.
