Where are you located?

The headquarter and production is in Fuzhou, and the production of insulated copper pipes is in Shanghai and Wuhu at the current phase. In addition, we have export offices in Hong Kong and Zhuhai.
How is your production capacity?

The sales of insulated copper pipes last year was about 3 million rolls, with a daily output of 20+ containers. In year 2022, the production lines have been expanded, and production capacity can reach more than 5 million rolls.
How do you test your branch pipe in plant?

We test every single piece of branch pipe at 5MPa for leakage in production. For new design of branch pipes, we do pressure test at 12.51MPa, as well as vibration test, fatigue test, etc..
What should we do for payment?

Normally we will perform the TT trade term. 30% balance before production and 70% balance before shipment.
When could you provide the goods?

Basically, our lead time will be 25-40 days. It will be shorter if there is something in stock.
What is your transportation approach?

Exporting via ship in Fuzhou. Other place and method are also available if you need.
Do you know the cost of delivery by air to our warehouse?

You can share your detailed address first. And we could consult the shipping agent to predict the freight cost.
Can you calculate the volume and weight?

Yes, we can. But please kindly note that it will just be a prediciton, not 100% accurate.

What is your MOQ?

Normally we require a container quantities for a official order, but it is also acceptable for trial order with small quantities sometimes when we have enough stocks at warehouse. So it is welcomed to send your inquiry with specific quantities anytime.
